The Caves for me represents the most perfect, rustic party venue in the city. Simply lighting it with candles, or dressing it up as something completely different, it has a natural charm and character that always shines through. We have used the caves for a variety of   corporate groups and each one loved it for their own reasons....a perfect location, the acoustics, because it was haunted, the stone, it's history...and so on. We, at Hello Scotland, love the Caves because it delivers for our customers and that is what matters.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help and flexibility, (particularly with our very late table plan).

We have had so many thank you’s from our clients. All our staff and the clients we have heard from, have all commented on how good the food was. The presentation was lovely and it was all really tasty. With high numbers to cater for, I think it is always difficult to have a dinner that is different or doesn’t have one aspect that is as good as the rest of the meal, but I know I’m speaking for the others too, when I say the 3 courses were all perfect.

Thanks again to yourselves and your staff on the night, the Caves is a fantastic venue.
